We don’t want to spoil all the surprises, but know that anyone building with Bernhill Homes can expect:

Scheduled site walk through during the construction process.
A design meeting with our Designer to select colors and materials for your brand new home.
A pre-construction meeting, to provide a final review of your brand new home.
The option to have your very own “dig ceremony.”
A frame walk.
A home orientation walk through and a final walk through.
